Getting it to you (AKA Shipping)
We send shipments via UPS and always make our shipments Carbon Neutral (costs us an extra 5 cents, which seems worth it to us, and we do not pass this on to you) Do not expect your delivery to arrive in a perfect new box-we recycle and reuse, if you order a gift to be shipped, the gift box will be pretty and perfect :) Ground delivery generally takes from 2 to 10 business days depending upon where you are (West Coast usually takes 1-3 days-if you live in California in a not terribly remote area, there is not need to order expediated shipping unless you want it overnight, it will get there in 2-3 days, East Coast 7-10). Select 2 Day Air or 3 Day Select if you are in a hurry. We are sorry, but we do not ship internationally at this time.
Special Orders
So, here’s the deal, we are accustomed to bricks, not clicks, and we hate to think that you have visited our online store and not found what you like, when in fact, what is shown on the web is just the smallest sampling of what we have in our stores. If there is an occasion that you need an outfit for- • a baby shower • a wedding • your wedding • a reunion (‘cause it’s always fun to see those folks you haven’t seen in years-pregnant!) e-mail us with your challenge, maybe a picture of you and a little about your style, and let us see what we can do for you. We’ll send you perhaps somewhat less than professional photos (think i-phone) of our suggestions and see if we can’t find something that makes you feel fabulous and ready to face the event.

We never have, and we never will, share or sell any of your personal information-your e-mail, due date, bra size-none of it.
Online Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns which are delivered back to us within 14 days of the date of delivery (as per UPS records). Returns received after this date will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
This might seem obvious, but, all items being returned must be unworn, in their original condition with tags attached.
Evening Wear is exchangable for size only, it is not returnable for refund or exchange.
Sale Items are FInal Sale, no refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions.
To send back a return, please fill out the return form which will be included in your shipment. Shipping costs are not refundable.
